- that's about it lol
- see you in 1.4 :]
- Redesigned speed portals — the 4× and 0.5× portals now read at a glance, with brighter two-tone chevrons and a clean white outline.
- Noclip actually passes through everything — touch anything that could ever kill you and you slide straight through it: no jumping off it, no crashing, no treating it as a block. It also rests cleanly on solid floors instead of sinking.
- More accurate ship, UFO & wave rotation — the flight gamemodes now pitch and tilt to match Geometry Dash frame-for-frame.
- Sturdier practice checkpoints — checkpoints reliably keep their data between attempts instead of forgetting it.
- Matte slopes (no more glossy sheen) and tighter cheat detection on a few edge-case scripting tricks.
- Working on something super sneaky to show you guys very soon :)
- Guess the Level — a Discord game: the bot posts a square screenshot of a level and you guess it in chat. Levels you play online are auto-captured to feed it.
- Link your Discord (Edit Profile) to get a DM when a level you made is rated or picked as the Weekly/Monthly, plus a Discord announcement for every new Weekly/Monthly.
- Collision fix: fast gamemodes can no longer tunnel clean through blocks, and noclip no longer sinks through solid floors.
- New Quartz function
3dasher.oid(fetch a level's screenshot)
- User Coins — place up to three collectible coins per level; collect all three (across attempts) to publish it rated.
- Start Positions — drop start positions in the editor and playtest from any of them.
- QUARTZ scripting language & Quartz Hub — write programmable mods in-game (
.qz), then browse, download and share them from the new main-menu Quartz Hub or on this site. The full reference is written to %LOCALAPPDATA%\3Dash\quartz_readme.txt. - New editor block: Quarter Block; orb & physics tidy-ups.
- Level Backups — your levels back up to your account so you can carry them between PCs.
- Colour Channels — put objects on colour channels and animate them with colour changers for fully custom palettes.
- Cloud sync, Chat & DMs — sync your levels across PCs, and chat or DM in-game (open it from the Friends button or press Shift+Tab anywhere) with read receipts, online status and shareable level cards via the + Level button.
- New Ball gamemode.
- Hall of Fame (Legendary / Mythic) replaces map packs, plus rotating daily / weekly / monthly featured levels.

Accounts & Publishing
Your account is created on this website (the Register step above) and is shared with the game. In-game, click the grey Sign In button (top left), enter the same username and password, and you'll see “Logged In as <you>”. Your login is remembered between sessions.
Being signed in is what ties everything to you:
Publishing — levels you upload from the editor are posted under your username as the creator. You must be signed in to publish.
Likes & downloads — you must be signed in to like or dislike levels.
⭐ Stars & Creator Points — beating rated levels earns you stars; getting your levels rated earns Creator Points. Track them on the Stats screen in-game and the leaderboards here.
Current Features & How to Use Them
Quartz Hub & scripting
Open Quartz Hub from the main menu to browse, download and enable community mods — small programs written in Quartz, the game's own scripting language. Drop your own .qz files in the scripts folder (or upload them here), and they auto-load each launch. A full reference is written to %LOCALAPPDATA%\3Dash\quartz_readme.txt. Press F8 in-game to open the script log.
Cloud sync & My Levels
Signed in, your levels back up to your account so you can carry them between PCs. My Levels lists everything you've published — pick one, edit it, and re-upload the update in place (everyone re-downloads the new version).
Chat & Direct Messages
Chat with other players in-game and on the site, send DMs, and drop level cards into a conversation so friends can jump straight in. Levels can credit collaborators, and you'll see online status, read receipts and notifications.
Hall of Fame & Featured
Standout rated levels are inducted into the Hall of Fame (Legendary / Mythic), and fresh daily / weekly / monthly featured levels rotate on the hub and this site.
User Coins
Place up to three collectible coins in your level from the editor. To publish it as a rated level you must collect all three yourself (you can grab them across separate attempts) — verified coins turn gold.
Colour channels & the Icon Kit
Paint your level with up to 1000 colour channels and animate them with colour changers. Personalise your player in the Icon Kit (from the main menu) — pick a cube or ship icon and set your primary and secondary colours.
Cheat menu — press Tab
Opens the in-game cheat & feature menu in any level. Everything below lives here, and most cheats have a hotkey you can rebind at the bottom of the menu.
Cheats (void your stars for that run)
Noclip N — disables death.
Speedhack V — speed up / slow down the game (0.1×–5× slider), with an option to pitch the music too.
Show Hitboxes H — draws collision boxes.
Keep Practice Checkpoints — checkpoints survive across attempts.
Macros — record K / play J your inputs, and save/load them to a file.
Features (legit — never void stars)
Practice Music Hack — keeps the music in sync when practicing.
Export Level / Import Level — in the editor, save the current level to a .json file or load one back in (files live in a levels folder it opens for you).
Show cheat indicator / attempts — toggle the HUD elements below.
Rebind keys — set your own hotkeys.
HUD: indicator & attempts
A small circle in the top-right shows your run status — green means clean, red means a cheat is (or was) active this run. An Attempt counter sits at the top while you play. Both work in campaign levels, online levels, and the editor's playtest.
Custom songs — Newgrounds & audio integration
In the level editor's Custom Song panel, set your level's music to any Newgrounds track or a direct audio URL — paste the link (or a Newgrounds id) and hit Load. The song streams in-game, and on this website every level page shows the track's title/artist (read from its tags) with a built-in player so you can listen before you play.
Online levels & the editor
Browse, search by name or creator, and filter by difficulty/rating — in-game and on this site. Beating rated levels (without cheats) earns stars. In the editor you must verify your level by beating it before publishing — and if you cheat during that run, the publish button won't appear.
Stats screen
Click Stats (top left, next to Sign In) to see your stars, Creator Points, and how many levels you've beaten at each difficulty.
